Ko Chang

As part of my work, I went to a network meeting at Ko Chang in Trat. Ko Chang or Elephant Island is the second largest island in Thailand after Phuket. It only took about 30 minutes to get there from the mainland by ferry. About 80% of the area is national park and therefore is pretty heavuly forested. The best time to visit the island is from October to April. The weather is nice, the scenery is great and the people are impressively friendly. =)
